Great experience! The moment I walked in they were honest, sweet, and very positive. I had to get a patch in my tire and they were super quick with it. Even with the minor complication that came across with my tires being locked and not having a key. They still found an effective solution. Thank you Nore and to the workers here!

My experience at this Mavis Tire was very pleasant. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Akeem was amazing at multi-tasking and never lost his composer or his pleasant demeanor not once. This is what keeps customers patronizing a business.. Kudos to this location on S. Main St in High Point NC.

I came here the other day because my tire had a slow leak and I just needed air. A nice gentleman helped me put air in my tire and went ahead and checked the location of my slow leak without breathing down my neck about coming in at that moment to get serviced. I came back a few days later to get my slow leak patched and to get my dmv inspection. The staff was very helpful, quick, and very nice :). I will definitely be coming back to this location, also not all locations do inspections so it was very clutch that they did.

Can't believe my experience but it's extremely upsetting. I went here recently to get an alignment, it was 120$. That's more expensive than some others in the area. But I saw the reviews and wanted to try them out. Bad decision on my part. Took my truck in for the alignment, got it done the first time. My steering wheel was still the EXACT SAME as before, which was off to the left. I took it bad for a second time and guess what happened? My alignment is OFF TO THE RIGHT! how the hell is it that far off!? It was originally to the left, so how did they manage to make it off to the right? Extremely upsetting and the cost isn't justified. I wish I could get my money back but I looked online and people said the chances of that are extremely slim. I'm going to Thomas tires. Edit: one more thing. They said my shocks were bad the first time. And my mechanic, who is very trusted in the archdale area even for the police department, said they were perfectly fine. Is it because of the fact I look like a woman y'all did that? Edit 2: I got a refund for the full amount after bringing proof of the alignment being off. I contacted corporate and sent in my proof. If this happens, don't settle. I
